Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Emotion Regulation Group
Emotions are a part of life – we feel them every moment of every day. Unfortunately, sometimes they are unpleasant or overwhelming. When our emotions feel beyond our control, it can lead to outbursts of anger, panic attacks, and difficulty maintaining jobs or relationships.
In this 8-week group, we will help you understand your emotions better and give you skills to cope with big, challenging emotions when they come up. In this group, you will learn:

Interested? Here are the details:
When?: Every Thursday from 6:30-8:30PM, from March 18th - May 6th
Where?: Virtually on Zoom from your own home!
How much?: $400 total ($50 for each 2-hour group). Price includes all cost of materials that are yours to keep after the group has ended. Half of payment is due at the time of registration and the other half is due by the first night of group.
