DBT COACHING

Over 10 years ago, I was introduced to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I was so impressed with it that I went on to lead groups both in community mental health and private practice. I even started a podcast and wrote a book about it!

Now, I offer specific DBT coaching to clients residing in Washington state who can benefit from this work. 

OPTION #1
If you are brand new to DBT and wanting to learn it from scratch, I'm here to help! I will create a custom roadmap for you based off of the top 8 DBT skills I believe you could benefit from. Each session, we will focus on a new skill and you'll be given handouts and homework to practice it in your daily life.  

OPTION #2
If you're already familiar with DBT but want to take a deeper dive into it, this is the option for you! We will determine what hurdles you're facing with using skills in your life and each session we will work on a specific skill/challenge so you feel more confident using the skill on your own. 

DBT coaching is limited to 10 sessions and costs $1,450 total (equivalent to $145/session; can be paid in one lump sum or per session). I limit this work to only 5 clients at a time so reach out and see if I have an opening for you OR you can be added to my waitlist.

SUPERVISION

I have been a Washington state approved supervisor since 2018 and I LOVE doing supervision! If you're a new therapist starting your private practice, I can help you with:

Launching your private practice from the ground up
Identifying what client population you want to work with
Exploring different therapeutic modalities to find the work you love
Finding other revenue streams and expanding your practice beyond individual sessions with clients
Marketing and attracting clients to your practice
Releasing self-doubt and feeling more confident as a clinician

My fee for supervision is $110/supervision session. Supervision sessions may be completed in-person at my office in Lynnwood or virtually over zoom.
